Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returns and Refunds for Bundle Offers

If you wish to return an item from a bundle offer, please note that specific conditions apply. Bundle offers allow you to purchase multiple products at a discounted price. However, if you decide to return one or more items from the bundle, the discount applied to the entire bundle will become invalid.

For the items you keep, the regular retail price will be charged. The refund for the returned items will be adjusted accordingly, so that you ultimately pay the full price for the items you keep. This ensures that the benefits of the bundle offer are only realized if the entire bundle is retained.

By ordering a bundle offer, you agree to these terms.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and fees (as outlined in our terms and conditions), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us promptly (in original condition and packaging), no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Important Information

To ensure smooth processing of your return, please return all items in their original packaging and with all accompanying instructions. We cannot accept returns without original packaging or missing components. This ensures that the returned products remain intact and complete, allowing for further processing or resale.

Please note that failure to meet these conditions may result in the rejection of the return and no refund will be granted.

If the returned items do not meet our return criteria, as specified in our policies, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense. We kindly ask all customers to ensure that all returns are made in the original packaging and with all accompanying instructions.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (customized products).
